Terms and Conditions for The Mud Club

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all children participating in our pottery classes. By enrolling your child, you agree to abide by the following terms, which are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and productive environment for all.

Eligibility

  • Children must be aged between 8 and 14 years to participate.

  • All participants must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

Registration and Payment

  • All classes must be booked in advance. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking. Fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by the organiser.

  • Confirmation of registration will be sent via email once payment is received.

 

Attendance

  • Children should arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time.

  • Parents or guardians must collect children promptly at the end of each session.

  • Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled except in exceptional circumstances.

 

Health and Safety

  • All children must follow the instructor’s guidance and safety instructions at all times.

  • Parents are required to inform the organiser of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to the start of the class.

  • Protective clothing and aprons will be provided, but children should wear appropriate, comfortable attire.

 

Behaviour

  • Respectful behaviour is expected from all participants.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the class without refund.

 

Liability

  • The organiser will take all reasonable precautions for safety, but cannot be held responsible for accidental injuries.

  • Personal belongings are the responsibility of the participant; the organiser accepts no liability for lost or damaged items.

 

Photographs and Artwork

  • Photographs may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing.

  • All artwork created remains the property of the child, but the organiser reserves the right to display or use images of the work for promotional purposes.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Classes may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

  • If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds may not be guaranteed.

Agreement
